Organization
A workspace that owns templates, agreements, users, and API credentials. Organizations let teams keep agreement activity and access control in one place.
Template
A reusable agreement definition. Templates define the document, participants, and fields used when new agreements are created.
Agreement
A live instance created from a template and sent through a signing flow. Agreements track participants, status, activity, and completion.
Document
The file associated with a template or agreement. Documents are uploaded once and then used as the foundation for repeatable agreement flows.
Signing
The process of collecting signatures and approvals from participants. Signing sessions let recipients review documents and complete required fields.
